Nintendo 64 HDMI/RGB Installation
The Retro GEM is an HDMI upgrade for the N64. This is an installation service only and the kit must be purchased from here. The HDMI mod includes a 3D printed custom panel for the output, which allows for a no cut install.
RGB Mod
If your serial number starts with NS1” (USA), “NUJ1” (Japan) or “NUS-001 (FRANCE)”, then you can use a basic RGB board. All other N64's will need an advanced install kit from here.
Region Free
The tabs in the cartridge slot can be cut to allow larger cartridges from other regions to be played.
Original Xbox Mods
The original Xbox is a highly customizeable console & is similar in architecture to a desktop PC.
Project Stellar/XboxHD+ is a digital to digital HDMI mod that outputs 1080i video and is 5.1 surround sound capable. It also includes a mod chip.
The Hard drive interface can be upgraded via a SATA adapter and an 80 pin IDE cable, which will increase hard drive read/write speed.
There are also various mod chips still in production that can add increased functionality and region free capabilities.
A clock capacitor removal is advisable on all Xbox units as it will eventually leak and cause damage to the motherboard.
RAM Upgrade
The Xbox ram can be upgraded to 128mb. While there are certain patches that allow mainline Xbox titles to utilize the extra chips, the true benefit of this upgrade is for smoother emulation of the various emulators available on the platform. It also will allow you to emulate Sega Chihiro games.

Replace Clock Battery
Replace the existing CR2032 battery in your console with a new one. A precautionary measure that preserves the internal system clock & console settings. Some consoles also rely on the battery to store save data.
Fan upgrade
Replace the notoriously loud fan in your console with a silent and more efficient Noctua brand unit. Also includes bracket where applicable.
Memory Card Pre-installed With Free Mcboot
We can provide a memory card that has Free Mcboot already installed. A popular piece of community software that allows booting of various PS2 homebrew programs.

FRAM Upgrade
This upgrade offers several benefits, including improved reliability and longevity, as FRAM does not suffer from data loss or corruption when the console is powered off. Additionally, the FRAM upgrade eliminates the need for periodic battery replacement, which is required for the original battery-backed SRAM (Static RAM) used in the Sega CD
Region Free Bios
We will replace the original BIOS chip with a region-free BIOS chip, which bypasses the region-locking mechanism implemented in the console's firmware. This modification adds supports for any/all region disc playback.
