Nintendo’s SNES JR is a cut down version of the original SNES. The stock version of this console will only output composite video. However, S-video/RGB are present on the board and can be a restored with an RGB Bypass Board that utilizes a THS7374 amp for best picture quality. The RGB on this model is quite sharp and comparable to a 1Chip SNES.
Region Free
The tabs in the cartridge slot can be cut to allow larger cartridges from other regions to be played.
SNES Ghosting Fix
A quick replacement of the C11 capacitor will eliminate SNES ghosting issues.
