Nintendo 64 HDMI/RGB Installation
The Retro GEM is an HDMI upgrade for the N64. This is an installation service only and the kit must be purchased from here. The HDMI mod includes a 3D printed custom panel for the output, which allows for a no cut install.
RGB Mod
If your serial number starts with NS1” (USA), “NUJ1” (Japan) or “NUS-001 (FRANCE)”, then you can use a basic RGB board. All other N64's will need an advanced install kit from here.
Region Free
The tabs in the cartridge slot can be cut to allow larger cartridges from other regions to be played.

Region Free Bios
We will replace the original BIOS chip with a region-free BIOS chip, which bypasses the region-locking mechanism implemented in the console's firmware. This modification adds supports for any/all region disc playback.
FRAM Upgrade
This upgrade offers several benefits, including improved reliability and longevity, as FRAM does not suffer from data loss or corruption when the console is powered off. Additionally, the FRAM upgrade eliminates the need for periodic battery replacement, which is required for the original battery-backed SRAM (Static RAM) used in some consoles.

New Clock Battery
The Saturn is notorious for having clock batteries burn out and losing save data. We can replace yours for you with a new one. Also note that our FRAM mod does not effect the clock battery like some other mods do, so if you still want the console to keep the time you will need a working clock battery.
