NEO GEO AES/MVS/CD Mods
Unibios Upgrade
UniBIOS replaces the original BIOS on Neo Geo MVS arcade boards and AES home consoles. It provides enhanced functionality and customization options not available in the stock BIOS. New features include: region and language settings, arcade mode selection, virtual DIP switches, debugging & diagnostic tools, cheats and cheat database.
Optical Drive Emulator
The Neo CD SD Loader replaces the optical drive in the Neo Geo CD and allows for playing games off of an SD card & 4x faster loading times as well as a menu with cheats, DIP-switch and region settings.
Nintendo 64 HDMI/RGB Installation
The Retro GEM is an HDMI upgrade for the N64. This is an installation service only and the kit must be purchased from here. The HDMI mod includes a 3D printed custom panel for the output, which allows for a no cut install.
RGB Mod
If your serial number starts with NS1” (USA), “NUJ1” (Japan) or “NUS-001 (FRANCE)”, then you can use a basic RGB board. All other N64's will need an advanced install kit from here.
Region Free
The tabs in the cartridge slot can be cut to allow larger cartridges from other regions to be played.

This upgrade offers several benefits, including improved reliability and longevity, as FRAM does not suffer from data loss or corruption when the console is powered off. Additionally, the FRAM upgrade eliminates the need for periodic battery replacement, which is required for the original battery-backed SRAM (Static RAM) used in the Sega CD
Region Free Bios
We will replace the original BIOS chip with a region-free BIOS chip, which bypasses the region-locking mechanism implemented in the console's firmware. This modification adds supports for any/all region disc playback.
